Ken Thomas

Leader Ken Thomas has been involved in children’s camps since 1989. His passion is to see children understand and apply the Bible to their lives. Through speaking, teaching and writing, Ken desires to assist the church in helping them reach children and students with the message of Jesus Christ.

Ken now serves with a newly formed ministry called Connect Ministries, Inc. Connect Ministries exists to “help churches connect with their communities.” Previously, Ken served with LifeWay Christian Resources for nine years. There he served as the Team Leader for Crosspoint and Centri-Kid camps. While serving at LifeWay, he was instrumental in the creation and starting of Centri-Kid camps.

Ken earned his Bachelor of Science Education from the University of Georgia, Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and his Doctor of Education degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Ken and his wife Norma live in Nolensville, TN where he serves as an Alderman for the town. He coaches little league baseball and loves spending time with his family. Ken and Norma have two children – Nathan (7) and Anna (4).
